A teenager has been arrested for allegedly shooting someone with a BB gun multiple times in DeSoto County.

On Friday at approximately 1:34 a.m., the DeSoto County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports about someone having multiple lacerations after being shot with a BB gun.

According to the sheriff’s office, a 16-year-old reportedly shot the victim with a BB gun multiple times, leaving several injuries, before driving away in a 2007 white Ford Expedition.
