Omar Castro Credit: Lee County Sheriff’s Office A man has been arrested in Bonita Springs after allegedly stabbing someone. According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred Saturday afternoon near the Bonita Springs Poker Room, off Race Track Road. Deputies responded to the scene and arrested 21-year-old Omar Castro. LCSO said the victim is expected to be OK. Castro is currently being held at the Lee County Jail, facing an aggravated battery with a deadly weapon charge. LCSO said this investigation is now closed.
