FORT MYERS SHORES, Fla. – A man accused in a recent death investigation is behind bars.
Lee County Deputies arrested 36-year-old Fernando Aleman Saturday, on charges of negligent manslaughter.
Detectives have also identified the victim as 33-year-old Daniel Gonzalez.
Deputies say the incident happened around 3am Saturday, at a home on 2nd Street.
When investigators arrived, they found Gonzalez lying on the ground.
Neighbors say they were stunned by the shooting
