Chef Vinny from the Neapolitan Gourmet

FORT MYERS, Fla.- It’s Wednesday and that means it’s time to fire up the WINK kitchen.

Showing us how to make turkey meatballs is Chef Vinny from the Neapolitan Gourmet.

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Turkey ( makes about ten depending on size)
1⁄2 c minced onion
2 fresh garlic cloves minced
2 TBS minced fresh Italian parsley
3⁄4 c Romano cheese
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1⁄2 tsp pepper
1⁄2 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
