FORT MYERS, Fla.- Chef Vinny from “The Neapolitan Gournment” in Naples joins us live to make Portobello mushrooms.  You will need 3 large fresh Portobello mushrooms, 1/2 medium red onion, and sliced ¼ inch, as well as 3 ounces of goat cheese.
