COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – Collier Harvest is announcing the 2015 Letter Carriers food drive, it’s ongoing now through May 9.

Collier Harvest helps feed the hungry and relies entirely on the goodwill of individual and corporate volunteers. This non-profit agency manages the ‘STAMP OUT HUNGER’ event locally in Naples and south Lee county.

From Marco Island to Immokalee, residents are asked to leave unopened non-perishable food donations by their mail boxes, in their mail rooms, and their letter carrier will pick up. Also residents may take their donations to their local postal branch.

Historically this drive brings in over 200,000 pounds of food which is distributed to over 40 local agencies who help feed the hungry.
