HENDRY COUNTY, Fla. – The Hendry County Sheriff’s Office confirmed two brothers drowned Sunday afternoon. A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office told WINK News the drowning happened at the Duda & Sons Inc. labor camp on State Road 29, just south of LaBelle. Deputies said they received a call around 2:30, saying a two-year-old and four-year-old had drowned. A spokesperson with the sheriff’s office said the investigation is ongoing, but they do not suspect foul play.
