Harley Davidson motorcycle stolen during Port Charlotte home burglary

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla.- Detectives are looking for information on a residential burglary that occurred earlier this month where a Harley Davidson motorcycle was taken.

According to reports, someone broke into the garage at a residence located in the 12000 block of Chancellor Boulevard on Saturday, May 16 sometime between 4 a.m. and noon.

The only thing missing out of the garage was a 2002 black Harley Davidson Dyna Low Rider motorcycle with Florida tag number 45712R.

The motorcycle was not in running condition as the time of the theft and would have needed to be transported on a trailer or in a truck.

The Harley is described as having black and red leather tassels on the handlebars and black saddle bags.

The attached photo is not of the actual stolen motorcycle, but depicts the model and color of the stolen bike.
