FORT MYERS, Fla.- Police are looking for any new leads in a cold case. Deonte Redding and Zachary Blue were both murdered in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 7, 2014. The lives of Redding and Blue were tragically cut short as they were shot to death in the driveway of a home on the 1700 block of South Drive. The families of the victims are holding a memorial service on Saturday, June 6, 2015 at the Indian Street Community Park. Detectives are looking for any information regarding the murder investigation. “We know there are witnesses to this heinous crime, and we desperately need them to come forward to provide the family members with the justice they deserve,” said Detective Sergeant Brian O’Reilly. FMPD says there is a reward of up to $25,000 for anyone providing information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
