FORT MYERS, Fla.- A tuition rebate plan was unanimously approved by the Florida Gulf Coast University Board of Trustees Tuesday. In order to qualify for the rebate, students must: Have enrolled after the summer or fall semester of 2015 Graduate in four years Get a job in Florida within six months of graduation Earn a starting salary of $25,000 The rebate gives students back the money they paid out of pocket or through a loan up to 30 earned credit hours during their freshman year. Grants, waivers, scholarships, books, housing, meal plans and other non-tuition costs are not reimbursed.
