SOUTH FORT MYERS, Fla. — A wreck that blocked the left lane on Interstate 75 northbound is causing a backup that stretches for miles.
The crash took place around 3:30 p.m., but it was still causing major trouble shortly after 5 p.m., when crews finally managed to allow traffic to flow on all the lanes. At least one person was injured, Florida Highway Patrol said.
