FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) – An eighth person has been charged in the escape of a murder suspect who bolted from a Florida courthouse. Court records show 21-year-old Armonie Frankson-Dennis is accused of helping 21-year-old Dayonte Resiles avoid capture after his escape from the Broward County courthouse. The Sun Sentinel reports she appeared in court Wednesday and is being held on $150,000 bail. Resiles fled the court July 15 and was on the lam nearly a week before his capture at a West Palm Beach motel. He is charged in the stabbing death of a woman whose family founded the Halliburton oil services company. Authorities say Frankson-Dennis was spotted with Resiles on surveillance video at a flea market after his escape. Her attorney says she came forward to help investigators.
