LAKE ISTOKPOGA, Fla. — Cousins David Rinker and Ryan Gray of Naples reeled in an approximately 12-foot, 700-pound alligator Sunday while boating in Highlands County. The catch wasn’t easy — they needed an emergency pump to keep water out of their boat after the gator knocked holes in it, as they told WINK News.
