AMBER Alert lifted for Citrus County children

Published: Updated:

CITRUS COUNTY, Fla. — An AMBER Alert for two missing children is over after both were found in Georgia, the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office said.

Siblings Rylan Williams, 3, and Mason Williams, 1, are “safe and sound,” according to the sheriff’s office. The Georgia State Police found them with their parents, Ryan Williams and Stacey Williams.

Authorities believed their mother may have taken them from the home of their legal guardian. Stacey Williams has been facing charges for burglary with battery and interference with child custody with no bond, deputies said Sunday when the alert was issued.
