NORTH NAPLES, Fla. — A possible drive-by shooting at an apartment complex on Ponce de Leon Drive is being investigated by the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.
Witnesses said they heard two gunshots and saw a victim limping away, possibly getting into a car.
The victim was taken in a car to NCH Healthcare with a gunshot wound on his foot.
CCSO confirmed the victim isn’t pressing charges and deputies are not searching for a suspect.
