NAPLES, Fla. — Collier County Commissioner Penny Taylor is proposing a stricter limit — $4 instead of $25 — on gifts given to elected officials. Taylor also wants to explore the idea of creating a countywide ethics commission.
The commission will vote on the gift proposal Tuesday.
