FORT MYERS, Fla. — Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects who allegedly used a credit card stolen from a car early Thursday morning.

A resident noticed items from his sister’s car scattered all over the driveway at his home on Regent Circle, Crime Stoppers said. Jewelry and credit cards from the car, which had been left unlocked, were missing.

The car was burglarized sometime between 12:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., according to Crime Stoppers.

Surveillance cameras on the home captured images of what appeared to be a man breaking into the vehicle. Several hours later, two men used one of the credit cards stolen from the car at a convenience store.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
