FORT MYERS, Fla. Gov. Rick Scott is expected to continue his defense of the embattled Visit Florida program Friday when he visits south Fort Myers.
Scott will highlight Florida’s record 2016 tourism numbers at Sun Harvest Citrus at 14601 Six Mile Cypress Pkwy at 8 a.m.
Visit Florida is one of a pair of incentive programs on the chopping block in the state legislature.
