The driver of the truck told troopers he was trying to make a U-turn on the ramp when he lost control, causing the truck to flip over. It resulted in the semi-truck dangling off of the overpass.
The driver was able to safely escape but Trooper Zarazinski says one person who was responding to the scene fell over the edge and died.
