EL JOBEAN, Fla. Westbound State Road 776 was closed at Biscayne Drive on Monday afternoon because of a crash, a Charlotte County EMS spokeswoman said. One person was injured and flown to Sarasota Memorial Emergency Room in North Port after the two-vehicle wreck, spokeswoman Dee Hawkins-Garland said. No further information was immediately available.
