Naples man arrested in restaurant burglary

NORTH NAPLES, Fla. A 40-year-old man is accused of breaking into a restaurant and stealing cash from the register.

Johnny Dimarco, of Naples, was arrested last week after security footage appeared to show him at Zen Asian BBQ on 10823 Tamiami Trail N., according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

It’s unclear how much money he took, but employees typically leave $200 in the register overnight, which is when the theft took place, an arrest report said.

Dimarco remained in custody Monday on $7,000 bond. He faces charges of burglary of an unoccupied structure and petit theft.
