NORTH NAPLES, Fla. A 64-year-old man who went missing Thursday night has been found safe, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said.

The sheriff’s office didn’t say where they found Denar Mendez, who previously had last been seen around 8:30 p.m. Thursday in the driveway of his North Naples home
He has dementia, and his family was concerned he could be in danger, according to deputies, whose initial search of his neighborhood came up empty.
