Collier County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a male robber who held up a North Naples bank Saturday.

According to CCSO’s Facebook post, a robbery was reported at a Chase Bank along the 4700 block of US-41 around 1:50 p.m.

Detectives say a man walked up to a bank teller and handed them a note demanding money. The teller gave the robber an undisclosed amount of cash. He left the bank on foot. Patrol deputies, along with aviation and K9 units, are out searching the area.

Detectives say the robber has a medium build and stands about 5-feet, 10-inches to 6-feet tall. He has a dark mustache and goatee. He wore sunglasses, a dark ball cap, blue print long-sleeve shirt, dark pant and sneakers.

No injuries were reported during the bank hold up.

The sheriff’s office hopes the images released of the robber from surveillance cameras at the bank will help members of the public identify him and share information with the sheriff’s office.

Anyone with information can call Collier County Sheriff’s Office at 239-252-9300. Or, to remain anonymous and be eligible for a reward, call SWFL Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-8477 (TIPS).
