With the shutdown orders being relaxed your weekend options are finally expanding.

Pickleball and tennis courts in Charlotte County will open up again Friday morning—and as long as you’re playing singles, it’s easy to practice social distancing.

This decision comes two weeks after Charlotte County opened up its parks and restrooms.

However, playgrounds, picnic tables, county pools, and basketball courts still remain closed for now.

The county also passed a month-long ordinance giving restaurants the option to expand seating areas into parking lots.

Starting June 1—you’ll be required to pay for parking at all county beaches and boat ramps.

However, they will be using parking meters to accept cash or cards.

You’ll have to pay via the park mobile app.
