According to Tice Fire, a child has been hit following a crash that sent one car slamming into a building.

Fire Crews say the car was pushed into the building by a blue truck. You can still see the gaping hole where the car entered the building.

And the child who was hit by the vehicle has been transported to the hospital. WINK News does not have an update on that child’s condition.

A white sedan is inside a building, and a blue truck slammed into that building, pushing the car there. Rosa Tolentino said she heard the loud noise. “We just heard a big boom, you know. We thought somebody may have crashed,” said Tolentino.

Tice Fire told WINK News that the white car was parked outside Star Professional along Palm Beach Boulevard. Then, the blue truck hit it.

A family and the business owners were inside as the car came plowing through.

Tolentino says she saw the child being put into an ambulance. “We see all this commotion, yeah. People getting people out. You can’t even open the front door. Or anything you know. As you can see, the inside is cave in,” Tolentino said.

There’s still a hole in the side of the building. Pieces of glass, the building, and these cars went flying and are now scattered across the ground.

Now, there are cracks in the building’s foundation and chairs thrown about right behind the car’s bumper.

“We looked outside, and you can see that building totally damaged,” said Tolentino.

FPL has already disconnected power from the building. Then, people showed up to tow the cars away. First, they dragged the truck away then, got the car out of the building.
