A 69-year-old man was found guilty of sexual battery.
A jury returned a guilty verdict for Jeffrey Scott Kaplan, of Lehigh Acres, following a 2-day trial in Lee County.
According to the State Attorney’s Office, the defendant was working at a massage therapy business in Fort Myers when he touched a client inappropriately, committing sexual battery.
The victim demanded he stop and quickly left.
Kaplan will be sentenced on June 5.
