After two hours, Flore refused to exit the attic. Deputies entered the attic and pepper-sprayed him. He then fell through the attic onto the floor.

Flore was decontaminated, arrested and taken to the Lee County Jail. He faces charges of obstruction, felony probation violation and possession of drug equipment.
