A Cape Coral man was arrested Thursday on two felony warrants after deputies say he hid from them in his attic for two hours.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, 28-year-old Dylan Flore was said to be hiding in his home on NE 4th Terrace. Detectives arrived and could hear someone in the attic of the home. They tried to contact Flore and announced their presence.

After two hours, Flore refused to exit the attic. Deputies entered the attic and pepper-sprayed him. He then fell through the attic onto the floor.
Flore was decontaminated, arrested and taken to the Lee County Jail. He faces charges of obstruction, felony probation violation and possession of drug equipment.
