This year marks the 10th consecutive year the health system has achieved this award status. The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives announced that Lee Health has earned the 2023 CHIME Digital Health Most Wired recognition as a certified acute level 8 and ambulatory level 8 facility. There were more than 55,000 facilities represented in the survey. The CHIME Digital Health Most Wired program conducts an annual survey to assess how effectively healthcare organizations apply core and advanced technologies to their clinical and business programs to help improve healthcare in their communities. The annual survey is designed to identify and recognize healthcare organizations that exemplify best practices through their adoption, implementation and use of technology. Participants received certification based on their overall performance, with level 10 being the highest.
