Waste Management truck. CREDIT: WINK News Waste Management will train its new and veteran Collier and Lee County drivers in Waste Watch, the company’s community safety program. Through this program, Waste Management drivers serve as an extra set of eyes and ears for local law enforcement, fire department and emergency services, and report any suspicious activity they may witness during their routes. Lee County drivers will start training on Wednesday at 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., while Collier County drivers will begin on Thursday at 4:45 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.
