Enrique Morales OrdoƱez mugshot. Credit: Lee County Sheriff’s Office A Fort Myers man has been convicted of child molestation and battery following a three-day trial in Lee County. Enrique Morales OrdoƱez was found guilty on Friday of four counts of molestation, two counts of familial sexual battery, and one count each of lewd conduct and battery. The case began in 2023 after the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to a sexual battery call. According to LCSO, acquaintances of OrdoƱez told deputies that when he had been drinking, he bragged about having sexually abused the victim. An adult spoke to the child, and they admitted that OrdoƱez had molested them. His sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 14.
