Credit: WINK News According to South Trail Fire Protection & Rescue Service District, a box truck crashed into multiple vehicles and landed in a drainage canal in South Fort Myers early Saturday morning. Authorities said one person was transported to the hospital for evaluation. Their condition is unknown at this time. South Trail Fire Protection & Rescue Service District urged the public in a Facebook post to wear a seatbelt regardless of the vehicle they’re traveling in.
