News philosophy

Journalists should be advocates for the voiceless and hold those in power accountable. I also love a good story and visuals no matter how serious or fun the material is.

Hobbies and interests

I love staying active, whether it's at the gym, the beach, or outside with my dogs. I also love movies and stand-up comedy.

Graduated with honors with a degree in broadcast journalism from the University of Missouri.
