Celebrate the holidays on Captiva

CAPTIVA ISLAND, Fla. – The Island of Captiva has once again been transformed into a holiday paradise and now it’s your turn to enjoy it all.

The Captiva Holiday Village events are now starting the third weekend of festivities all culminating with the annual Lighted Boat Parade, featuring more than 30 decorated boats of all shapes and sizes.

The Lighted Boat Parade is an annual staple as boats work through the Roosevelt Pass starting at 6 p.m. Saturday night.
Additional events that kick off on Friday and run throughout the weekend include: The Marching Mullet Band Parade, the Junkanoo Parade and the South Seas Holiday Stroll.
