Recipe for Frutta di Mare:
Two pounds of each: shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams, octopus, scallops
Boil water with bay leaf, peppercorns and sea salt. Poach the seafood in boiling water.
Chop two red onions
Juice 8 fresh lemons
One bunch of fresh Italian parsley chopped
One cup of capers
Toss all together and let sit refrigerated for minimum of 6 hours.
