LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Detectives believe foul play may have played a part in the disappearance of a Fort Myers woman.

Donna Chatterton was last seen February 4, the next day her home on Glenwood Avenue was destroyed in a fire.

Lee County detectives say Chatterton was a homebody and this is completely out of the ordinary for her to be gone and have left the area.

Her roommate, Matt Albritton, has been working with detectives. He also spoke to WINK News after this first happened.

“I’ve got nothing to hide. Like I told them, my story will never change. I’ll tell you the truth and nothing but the truth. That’s all I’ve got to go with. I am worried for her safety. I wanna know she’s alright, I wanna know where she’s at,” said Albritton.

Detectives are asking for your help if you saw anything in this area on February 4-5. You can remain anonymous by calling Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
