Police: Cape Coral mother performed sex act on cop

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Cape Coral Police say a mother tried to perform a sex act on an undercover officer while her child was nearby.

According to her arrest report 37-year-old Sara Otto also admitted to doing drugs at her home in the Southeast Cape.

“I couldn’t believe it. Not in this neighborhood. We have a nice quiet neighborhood,” said a neighbor.

Cape Coral Police tell WINK News investigators came across Otto’s ad on the classified site backpage.com.

Backpage is a site, police say, is used for prostitution. Police say an undercover officer met Otto at her home and she began massaging him, even saying she smoked marijuana.

Authorities say Otto walked away and came back with her breasts exposed and without permission started inappropriately massaging the officers genitals.

Police quickly arrested Otto outside. Authorities also tell WINK News Otto’s son came out of his room after the incident, just feet away from where the massage happened.

Otto apologized to the officer saying she didn’t mean to embarrass him. Otto sent a text message to WINK News saying:

“I was not arrested for prostitution or anything such like it… I have never performed any illegal sexual acts as a massage therapist, nonetheless while my son was anywhere nearby.”

According to the state, Otto’s massage therapy license expired back in 2009.

Otto faces charges of battery and child neglect.
