LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A Lehigh Acres man arrested on Monday for murder has been cleared. The man who pointed the finger at him in the first place, is now under arrest.
Lorenzo Hernandez was accused of shooting and killing Danny Jimenez on Friday night in Lehigh Acres.
However, the State Attorney’s Office found video of Hernandez at home at the time of the murder.
Deputies arrested Erick Torres, saying he intentionally misled them by accusing Hernandez.
