FORT MYERS, Fla. – For the 6th year, SPADA Salon & Day Spa is holding their annual SPADA-thon, in an effort to raise money for the Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida and the PACE Center for Girls of Lee County.

All for just a donation of $5 or a gently worn dress you can have your own day of indulgence. Wet hair cuts start at $20, $10 for kids cuts, $15 for mini manicures, $15 chair massages and reflexology, $10 for eyebrow and lip waxing, Botox and fillers.

Clairvoyant and tarot-card readings, fashion boutique vendors, balloon pop games along with prizes and a silent auction will also take place. Last year more than $20,000 was raised and this year SPADA is hoping the event will bring in more than $30,000.

“We’re excited SPADA has once again selected Golisano Children’s Hospital to benefit from this wonderful event, “ said Sharon MacDonald, chief foundation officer for Lee Memorial Health System Foundation.  “The variety of unique activities available to those attending will make this a great evening, all to support great causes.”

The SPADA-Thon kicks off at 4:00 p.m. and runs until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening, a variety of silent auction items from wine and spa packages to trips and sailing lessons can also be bid on throughout the day.

SPADA Salon and Day Spa is located at 13161 McGregor Blvd. in Fort Myers, for additional info you can reach the spa at 239-482-1858.
