
MIAMI BEACH, Fla.- A Florida rabbi was arrested for allegedly touching an 11-year-old inappropriately.
Rabbi Steve Karro, 55, says he did hug the girl but she claims he caressed her backside.
The girl told police Karro claimed he touched her buttocks as part of a “cleansing, as she was exhibiting negative energy.”
The police report also says the rabbi kissed her neck and had her sit on his lap.
Karro has been released on bond. He denies all of the victim’s claims.
