JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) – The mother of a missing Florida toddler will remain in jail after a Jacksonville judge revoked her bond following a drug arrest.

Lonna Lauramore Barton was charged with child neglect and providing false information shortly after her 21-month-old son Lonzie Barton disappeared on July 24. She was arrested last week, along with the child’s 41-year-old father Christopher Arin Barton. Both face multiple drug charges.

The Florida Times-Union (http://bit.ly/1OvUJeg ) reports Lonna Barton’s defense attorney told the judge on Wednesday that there was no point contesting a motion to revoke her bond because she clearly violated the terms.

Her 32-year-old boyfriend William Ruben Ebron Jr. remains jailed on child neglect charges stemming from the boy’s disappearance.

Investigators believe the child is dead though his body hasn’t been found.
