FORT MYERS, Fla.- Lee County deputies are searching for a woman accused of shoplifting at the Target on the 13000 block of S. Tamiami Trail.

Around 5 p.m. on Dec. 22, authorities say two women, identified as Terriea Hutchins and Tierra Campbell, were spotted by store employees placing clothes in their shopping carts and grocery items in their purses before walking out of Target without paying.

When two loss prevention officers confronted the women, officials say Hutchins kicked and punched one of the Target employees several times in an attempt to get away.

Campbell bit the other loss prevention officer twice on his shoulder, leaving puncture wounds, authorities said.

Employees were able to detain Hutchins, but Campbell managed to avoid getting arrested.

Campbell has been arrested previously in Lee County for charges including drugs, child neglect and fraud. She currently faces two counts of theft and one count of battery.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Tierra Campbell is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
