NORTH NAPLES, Fla.- The death of a man found inside an apartment Tuesday at the La Costa community near Pine Ridge and Livingston Roads is not suspicious, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said.
The body was discovered when North Collier firefighters received a call to perform a wellness check on the man who lives in the unit.
There was also evidence of a fire inside the apartment, officials said.
The State Fire Marshal is investigating the cause of the fire.
