Security cam captures daylight Lehigh break-in

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. — Two men made off with a special edition Star Wars Playstation 4 and a security camera, among other items, when they broke into a Lehigh Acres home earlier this month, Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers said.

They didn’t take another security camera that shows footage of the incident that took place in broad daylight at a residence on Nimitz Boulevard, according to Crime Stoppers.

Both men seen the in the video appear to be between 20-30 years old. They wore light-colored or gray T-shirts, jeans and baseball caps. One of them was between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds with dark or black hair pulled into a short ponytail. The second suspect was between 150 and 170 pounds, roughly 5’7” with short dark brown or black hair.

Anyone with information on the identity of the suspects and their whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477).
