
NORTH PORT, Fla. – A man was killed in a head-on collision that happened at South Biscayne Drive near Brubeck Lane shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday, North Port police said.
Raymond Dykes, 34, was driving southbound down Biscayne Drive when he crossed over into the northbound lane, crashing into a second driver, police said.
The second driver was taken to the North Port emergency room, according to police. No charges are expected, police said.
