Cape Coral mulls tax hike for residential traffic fix

CAPE CORAL, Fla. — More than 100 complaints about too much traffic on residential streets in southeast Cape Coral have led city staff to recommend a tax on homeowners to help pay for an estimated $5 million in traffic projects that would be designed to solve the problems.
