Palmetto Creek Farms is celebrating its 15th anniversary at The Local restaurant in Naples, on Thursday, Nov. 17th.
To celebrate, The Local Restaurant executive chef Jeff Mitchell is preparing to roast an entire pig. It’s the first-time the 15 year old pig farm is making its pork available to the general public.
Jeff Mitchell stopped by the WINK News studio to tell us more about the event.
