SWFL runs for a good cause this Thanksgiving

PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. — The Charlotte County Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity hoped to raise $24,000 at the Turkey Trot 5K and Fun Run, the largest race in Charlotte County.

The event took place at the Florida Southwestern State College Charlotte County Campus, located at 26300 Airport Road in Punta Gorda.

Registration was $35 and proceeds benefited the Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity.
