FORT MYERS, Fla. County leaders and future students toured a 56-acre piece of land in the Gateway community Wednesday as a possible site for a new high school.
Leaders are using evaluation forms to grade the land on size, how close it is to the population and opportunities for growth.
Officials will also be touring a site in Alva at the corner of Joel Boulevard and Tuckahoe Road on Thursday.
