
CAPE CORAL, Fla. A force main break released 7,000 gallons of raw sewage into a storm drain Wednesday morning, the Florida Division of Emergency Management said
The spill happened around 9:30 a.m. at 5007 Chiquita Blvd., according to an incident report. The sewage was released into a storm drain that leads to Travelers Canal.
No drinking water water was impacted by the break, the report said.
No further information was immediately available.
