Kevin Scott Curtis and Keith James Curtis. CAPE CORAL, Fla. Two brothers were allegedly caught in the act by Cape Coral Police burglarizing a vehicle. Police say they received a call claiming two men were going through his neighbor’s car on SE 7th Street. When police arrived they say they saw two men matching the description in a nearby driveway, searching another vehicle. The two suspects are identified as Kevin Curtis, 29, and Keith Curtis, 25.
